Rare configuration of the Vacheron Constantin ref. 4217 from the 1940s, featuring a two-tone case with a stainless steel body, 18k pink gold bezel, and matching pink gold crown. The black lacquered dial features a gilt Vacheron Constantin signature, applied pink gold baton hour markers, a railway minute track, and pink gold baton hands. It is powered by the manual-winding caliber 454.
