Universal Genève chronograph Flying Saucer

Universal Genève Compax chronograph ref. 12201, circa 1940, featuring a 34mm 18k yellow gold “Disco Volante” case with a faceted case band and hidden lugs, manufactured by Jeanneret (hammer hallmark 166). The silvered dial displays a pulsations scale at the outer track, three subsidiary registers with blued hands, and gold applied hour markers. It is powered by the manual-winding calibre 281 and fitted with its original Universal Genève buckle.

Preserved in excellent condition.
