Cartier set enamel and emerald
Cartier set from the 1920s, comprising a pocket watch, a matchbox holder, a chain, and its original case. The watch is fitted with an ultra-thin case measuring 46 mm in diameter, decorated with blue guilloché enamel, centred with an emerald, sunray guilloché dial, painted Breguet numerals, and a manual-winding ultra-thin movement based on a LeCoultre ébauche. The matchbox holder is fitted with an 18k yellow gold case measuring 49 mm in diameter, decorated en suite with blue guilloché enamel, centred with an emerald surrounded by diamonds, with a single diamond-set enamel clasp. The two pieces are connected by a two-tone yellow and white gold chain. The watch and the matchbox holder are both signed Cartier, the watch also being numbered, with a total weight of 102 g. The set is in excellent condition and fresh to market.
