This Blancpain Fifty Fathoms from the 1960s is offered in superb original condition. The 40mm stainless steel case retains sharp edges and shows minimal signs of wear. It features a black radium dial with original radium hands, both of which have developed a consistent warm amber patina. The bidirectional bakelite bezel is in excellent condition, with no major cracks, and turns with the correct tension. The automatic AS 1361 movement is running well, with a rate of +2s/day and an amplitude of 290°. The watch is fitted with a new black rubber strap, offering both comfort and practicality. It comes with a copy of a Blancpain service report dated 2019.
