Beyer split second moonphase

  • Beyer Split-Seconds Chronograph Triple Calendar Moonphase, circa 1982, featuring a 37 mm stepped case in 18k yellow gold, manufactured by Monnier & Co. of La Chaux-de-Fonds.

The doré dial features a date aperture beneath 12 o’clock, a moonphase display, and two subsidiary registers for running seconds and the 30-minute chronograph counter. The watch is powered by a Venus 190 manual-winding movement, visible through the open caseback. Just a handful of examples have surfaced publicly.
