Audemars Piguet VZSS

Rare Audemars Piguet VZSS from the early 1950s featuring a 34.5 mm 18k yellow gold case. The dial displays applied Arabic numerals at 12, 2, 4, 8 and 10, alternating with faceted triangular markers, and is signed “Audemars, Piguet Genève,” a signature typical of the mid-20th century. The case was manufactured by Jeanneret (hammer mark 166) and remains in very well-preserved condition, with sharply defined and brushed lug edges, and pronounced oxidation visible on the bezel.
