Audemars Piguet VZSC crab claw lugs

Extremely rare Audemars Piguet watch from 1946, powered by a VZSS movement. Featuring a 35 mm yellow gold case with crab claw lugs, manufactured by Jeanneret (hammer mark 166). Only 1 of 3 known examples in this configuration.
The watch is fitted with a vintage Hermès leather strap and a 18k yellow gold AP buckle.
